Electronic voting for the 2018 Annual Meeting has ended
The 2018 election of officers will be conducted electronically or by mail-in ballot between February 1, 2018 and February 28, 2018. Ballots will also be available at the Annual Meeting until 7:00 pm for those who have not voted prior to that day. Eligible voting age is 13 years of age and older. Only one vote per membership is allowed. There are currently four positions open, all with three-year terms, with five candidates put forth.

|Steve Young||Steve is a retired high school principal. He was Idaho’s high school principal of the year in 2009, and served on many professional boards during his career. For almost 30 years, he served as the president of Jefferson County Credit Union which served all of Jefferson County Idaho. He has always had a passion to serve people and is currently serving on the board of Connections Credit Union as a board member. Steve is also an ordained minister and serves as the pastor of New Life Foursquare Church in St. Anthony, Idaho. He has also kept his connections to education by working part time as an Idaho Digital Learning Principal online. He is married and has two children and six grandchildren.|
|Ron Lloyd||Ron is currently serving on the Board of Directors and has been a credit union member since January 1969. He was born and raised in Marsh Valley. He retired from Ash Grove Cement with 36 years service as a Journeyman Electrician. He served on the Inkom Fire Department as a fireman and EMT. He is a father of 3 boys and 1 girl and grandfather of 21. His hobbies are hunting, fishing, golfing, and chasing after his grandkids.|
|Charlotte Blair||Charlotte is retired as a graphic design adjunct professor at Idaho State University. Also she operated her own graphic design agency creating logos, printed brochures, public relations plans, and other communications services for companies in Pocatello and surrounding communities. Charlotte graduated from ISU in Business Administration and began her career in advertising and communications. She has been a member of Connections Credit Union for 35 years, joining Connections while working for the Idaho State Journal. She has also worked as a designer on a contract basis for other companies in the Pocatello area.|
|Shiela Eriksen||Shiela has been a life member of Connections and is currently serving on the Board and has for the last 18 years. Shiela previously served on Connections’ Supervisory Committee before joining the Board of Directors. Her father, a retired firefighter for the City of Pocatello, introduced the credit union to her and she has been active since. She has been employed with the Southeast Idaho Council of Governments (SICOG) for the past 33 years and currently holds the position of Fiscal Officer. Shiela previously owned a small local retail business for 25 years and specialized in pointe shoe fittings. Shiela has two children, Brittney and Nickolas, both who attended college locally at ISU. Brittney graduated as a Registered Dietitian and Nickolas now has joined the U.S. Navy and is a Nuclear Electrician on a submarine.
Outside of work, Shiela enjoys 2 grandchildren, dance activities, 4 wheeling, horseback riding, fishing, golf, watching sports and volunteering at the credit union.
|Alma Marvin||Alma has an AA from Boise Junior College with additional classes through the years from both Boise State and University of Idaho. She was employed for 36 years (35 years in a management title) with Mountain Bell and US West in the engineering and network departments. During her last 15 years she worked in long range planning, capital and expense budgeting, and direct support of a director level manager with five-state responsibilities. She has served on the credit union board since 1988—12 years as board chair. She was the Idaho Credit Union Volunteer of the Year in 1995. She is a member of Telephone Pioneers of America and the Snake River Valley Motor Coach Association. She was previously a long-time member of Zonta Club of Boise. She quilts, takes care of her yard and garden, and is planning on traveling in the near future.|
